DAY TRIP

Depending on the water level, the rafting outing covers between 7km and 15km of the river, a trip that will take approximately 2 hours. Along the way, you will encounter rolling rapids and beautiful scenery. At the end point, chow down on a delicious lunch.

DAY TRIP

Your journey begins with a 2-hour road journey from Kota Kinabalu city to the Beaufort Railway Station, where you will board an antique train to Pangi Station, the start of the river excursion. Along the way, you will pass through scenic countryside and villages. The rafting or kayaking trip takes approximately 2 hours and covers 10km of the 200km long river, during which you will encounter large waves and 8 powerful but predictable rapids that have amusing names like head hunter, cobra, break point, washing machine, Lambada, and merry-go-round. At the end of the excursion, relax and recuperate by the riverside with a delicious lunch.
